Responsibilities and duties

What does our area do here at Grupo Positivo? Come see! The Legal department of Grupo Positivo works in the strategic management of judicial processes for credit recovery, monitoring demands, conducting negotiations, and contributing to the reduction of financial losses. It is a dynamic environment that connects Law to business results and requires an analytical vision, organization, and the ability to deal with a large volume of information and deadlines.

Learn how you will contribute to our team:

• Provide support to lawyers in monitoring judicial processes and other departmental activities;
• Assist in gathering evidence, registering processes, and filing petitions;
• Assist in conducting jurisprudence research, drafting simple petitions, and calculations;
• Help in the preparation of area reports and various legal documents;
• Support diligences at notary offices.

Requirements and qualifications

What we expect you to know:

• Be a Law student from the 2nd semester onwards;
• Organization in meeting deadlines and pre-established processes;
• Basic-intermediate level knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Word);
• Intermediate English.

It will be a differentiator if you present:

• Previous experience in law firms or corporate legal departments.
