Bilingual Vacation Counselor - 6 Hours

At Konexo Centro de Contacto de Posadas and external clients, we have the following vacancy:

Vacation Counselor - Bilingual

You will provide personalized attention to our members in case of contingencies, with the goal of resolving doubts or assisting in the correct use of the membership and travel options.

We offer:

• Base salary plus statutory benefits.

Work location

Tres Marías.

Requirements:

• High school completed.
• Advanced English knowledge B2.
• Desirable experience in customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday 1:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. 2:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday Service window with a 6-hour shift assigned by operations within: 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m.
• Sunday Service window with a 6-hour shift assigned by operations within: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Rotating day off on the weekend.

Physical position of the work

• *Corporate office located in Cd. Tres Marías Morelia.
• *Work on the upper floor.
• *Work sitting in an ergonomic chair exposed to constant computer and ambient light.
• *Scheduling of specific breaks.
• *Employment with rotating days off during the week.
• *Use of headset for telephone calls, writing via computer equipment.

Physical needs of the position

• *Constant movement on the same floor for doubt resolution with the leader.
• *Listening and/or reading of client needs.
• *Oral communication via headset and written communication via computer.
• *Full use of computer throughout the entire shift.
• *Mobility to the workplace via public transport and provided by the company at specific sites.
• *Constant exposure to conflict resolution and client needs.

• Minimum education: Upper secondary education - General High School 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 18 and 65 years
• Knowledge: Microsoft office, Writing, Customer service
