Guarantee the availability, security, and integrity of the organization's technological infrastructure, enabling the responsible adoption of emerging technologies including artificial intelligence, automation, and cloud services in a way that enhances productivity and decision-making, without compromising data protection, operational continuity, or current regulatory compliance.

PARTICULAR OBJECTIVES

Guarantees the continuity and security of the technological infrastructure, protecting the organization from interruptions, cyberattacks, and loss of information, without imposing a single method or tool to achieve it.

Enables the responsible adoption of emerging technologies (AI, automation, cloud), evaluating their impact and risks, so that teams can innovate with autonomy within clear security and ethics boundaries.

Strengthens the cybersecurity culture throughout the organization, not as a set of rules imposed by IT, but as a shared criterion that each person can apply in their own context.

Ensures regulatory compliance and data protection, translating complex regulations into practical principles, instead of rigid procedures that stifle daily operations.

Promotes the digital resilience of the organization, anticipating risks and incidents, so that teams have the capacity and confidence to resolve problems without depending on constant centralized intervention.

PROFILE AND MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION:

Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technology Engineering, Informatics Engineering, or RELATED.

EXPERIENCE IN THE POSITION:

5 years

DESIRABLE AGE RANGE:

35-50 years

ACTIVITIES

• Administer Linux and Windows Server infrastructure.
• Manage Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and GPOs.
• Implement and manage hybrid cloud solutions.
• Manage storage, backups, and disaster recovery.
• Guarantee operational continuity and availability of critical services.
• Implement offensive and defensive cybersecurity strategies.
• Manage vulnerabilities and apply hardening to the infrastructure.
• Manage national and international providers.
• Negotiate contracts, licensing, and technological services.
• Coordinate digital transformation and technological innovation projects.

WE OFFER:

• Base salary $36,000 to $40,000
