Opportunity for Finance and Administration Manager
Operational Responsibility Axes (KPIs)
- Performance & Profitability (P&L): Analysis, control, and optimization of the Income Statement. Identification of operational efficiencies and control of corporate expenses.
- Credit & Risk Management: Lead the release of credit lines to wholesale distributors, evaluating credit risk to maximize sales without compromising collectability (DSO).
- Cash Flow & Working Capital: Tactical supervision of CxP and CxC to guarantee the liquidity necessary for operations and compliance with international suppliers.
- Global Reporting (Power BI): Translation of local operations into executive Power BI dashboards for monthly results meetings with executives in Korea.
Selection Profile (Mandatory Requirements)
- Trajectory: 5 to 8 years in finance, with at least 3 years in the tire or automotive industry (knowledge of inventory cycles and sectoral credit).
- Technical Capacity: Advanced mastery of Excel and Business Intelligence tools (Power BI) for executive reporting.
- Languages: Business English (C1) indispensable for international meetings and global reporting.
- Soft Skills: Sense of urgency, attention to detail under Asian quality standards, and resilience for decision-making under pressure.

- Previous experience in financial and administrative management
- Advanced knowledge of Power BI and SAP B1 and HANNA
- Ability to analyze data and generate persuasive reports
