Job Objective

Ensure the establishment, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Integrated Management System (SGI), through the definition of methodologies, documentation, and support to process owners, guaranteeing compliance with applicable requirements and continuous improvement.

Main Responsibilities

• Define and maintain SGI guidelines, criteria, formats, and methodologies.
• Prepare and update management system documentation.
• Integrate and follow up on ISO 9001 and ISO/IEC 27001 requirements.
• Document and map processes under BPMN 2.0 methodology.
• Identify inputs, outputs, responsibilities, risks, controls, and process interactions.
• Provide accompaniment and methodological support to process owners.
• Coordinate internal SGI compliance evaluations.
• Prepare and follow up on the internal audit program.
• Coordinate the handling of external audits and certification bodies.
• Consolidate findings, non-conformities, observations, and action plans.
• Train and raise awareness among personnel on SGI-related topics.
• Participate in risk management, controls, and continuous improvement.

Profile We Are Looking For

Education:

• Bachelor's degree or Engineering in Industrial, Systems, Informatics, Telecommunications, Business Administration, or related.
• Degree holder.

Experience and Knowledge:

• Process management and mapping under BPMN 2.0.
• Internal and external audits.
• Implementation, maintenance, or improvement of Management Systems.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO/IEC 27001:2022.
• Risk management, controls, and continuous improvement.
• Use of Visio for process mapping.
• English for technical reading and intermediate communication.
