Requirements: ✔ Experience as Maître in high-standard restaurants ✔ Advanced knowledge of national and imported wines ✔ Experience in pairing and suggesting labels ✔ Management and coordination of the dining room team ✔ Fluent English ✔ Excellent communication, posture, and leadership

Main activities: • Lead the dining room team • Ensure excellence in service • Guide customers in the selection and pairing of wines • Supervise the operation and customer experience • Maintain the establishment's quality and hospitality standards
