Your tasks

• TRAINER (M/F)
• What do you need to apply? Completed Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Medicine or related field. 2 to 3 years of experience in the training of promoter groups (retail), sales and/or corporate, preferably from the pharma (OTC) and/or Consumer area. Must have registration as a trainer before the STPS. Availability to travel. Intermediate English (verifiable). Having a car is desirable. Travel. Two weeks of travel and two weeks local (variable according to operational needs).
• What will your main functions be? Acting as a liaison with corporate personnel and the sales force. Development of the annual training plan for promoter profiles (retail-pharma) and supervision. Development of training plans and proposals for support materials. Training on policies, codes of conduct and behavior, product, negotiation, and merchandise. Learning and management of pharmacy and self-service chain policies. Learning and management of the reporting platform called Storecheck. Training in three modalities: in-person, virtual (e-learning), and at the point of sale. Generation of reports and follow-up on training courses and DNC. Involvement in succession planning, measurement, and follow-up. Training, diagnosis, and field coaching. Management, control, and follow-up of course accreditation formats and logs. Signing of DC3 formats. Support for corporate training (client pharmacy and self-service chains).
• Additionally, please consider that: We are looking for a collaborator with a dynamic, extroverted, and lively attitude, with mastery of learning techniques, communication skills, group management, vocabulary in retail, marketing, negotiation (Pharma-Consumer), creativity, teamwork, organization, leadership, and result-oriented. Workday (hybrid modality) Monday to Friday, the defined schedule is from 8:00 to 18:00 hrs; however, the working schedule will vary according to the training agenda and the location (zone/region) of these, all in compliance with KPIs and goals of people trained per week/month.
• What do we offer? $28,000 Gross
