Junior Development Manager – Agribusiness (Coffee / Cocoa) - Master's Degree

We are looking for professionals with an entrepreneurial spirit, strategic vision, and analytical capacity to join our Development Program for Junior Managers (duration of 12 to 18 months). Completed university degree in Agronomy (commercial/managerial focus), Business Administration, Agribusiness, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, or related careers. Postgraduate studies or MBA desirable. Advanced English (Indispensable). Mobility and travel: Availability to undertake national/international travel and willingness to relocate to cities in the interior of the country or abroad.
