Maintenance Supervisor - Industrial Maintenance

We are looking for a Maintenance Supervisor responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and correct functioning of equipment and facilities through the planning, coordination, and supervision of maintenance activities.

Main responsibilities:

• Supervise the execution of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance.
• Diagnose and support the solution of mechanical failures.
• Monitor maintenance indicators such as MTTR and MTBF.
• Coordinate detection and correction of failures in the field.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
• Interpret mechanical blueprints and participate in continuous improvement activities.
• Coordinate resources and activities to ensure the efficient operation of production equipment.

We are looking for people with leadership, results orientation, analytical capacity, and experience in industrial environments.
