Distribution Supervisor

Requirements:

Education: Logistics Eng., Business Administration, Business Management, or related.

Years and area of experience: Minimum 1 year in supply chain management, fulfillment area, logistics, delivery.

Language: Basic English.

Technical knowledge: Proficiency in Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), logistics and routes, and a Valid Driver's License.

Competencies: Communication skills, leadership, organization, proactivity, goal-oriented work, tolerance to pressure, and resilience.

Purpose of the position:

• Supervision of Delivery units - Delivery Routes
• Inventory management and control
• Management of metrics and indicators
• Supervision of unionized and non-unionized personnel
• Fuel control
• Handling of perishable foods
• Budget control and ensuring fleet maintenance
• Customer service
• Route audits
• Returns control
