As a Product & Surface Designer (Printmaking), you will join the Product team, working in direct partnership with the Style team. Your mission will be to convert aesthetic concepts into physical objects, being the technical and creative person responsible for the design of decorative items, original illustrations, and exclusive prints.

Responsibilities and assignments

• Develop product projects for the home, aligned with briefings, brand identity, and collection coherence;
• Actively participate in the construction of detailed briefings, proposing innovative and viable design solutions;
• Prepare complete and precise technical sheets, including measurements, materials, finishes, and production guidelines;
• Develop illustrations and prints, ensuring graphic quality and adherence to the collection concept;
• Collaborate closely with the Style team, ensuring visual, aesthetic, and technical consistency;
• Perform direct development and review with suppliers, ensuring execution as planned;
• Evaluate, review, and approve samples, validating projects with the product coordination and directorate;
• Supply and keep updated the project control and monitoring tools;
• Manage deadlines and ensure project delivery within the established schedule.

Requirements and qualifications

• Completed degree in Product Design (Industrial Design) or related areas, with proven experience in the development of physical objects and technical detailing;
• Mastery of digital illustration and painting software, such as Procreate or similar, using a tablet and pen;
• Advanced mastery of the Adobe Package (Illustrator and Photoshop), focusing on vectorization and file preparation for industrial production;
• Solid understanding of materials, production processes, and finishes, with a critical eye for sample validation;
• Intermediate English for technical communication with foreign suppliers;
• Organized, dynamic, agile professional with excellent interpersonal communication skills.

It will be considered a differentiator:

• Mastery of 3D modeling software (Rhino, SolidWorks, SketchUp, or Fusion 360);
• Strong interest and curiosity for trend research and innovation (AI applied to design);
• Previous experience in the worlds of architecture, interior design, or decoration.

Work location: Barra Funda, SP. Hiring model: CLT Schedule: Monday to Friday. Work model: 100% on-site. Salary range: To be negotiated Annual Bonus Program, with the possibility of a bonus of up to 1 salary, according to performance and company results.
