Get to know our opportunity.Responsibilities and assignmentsWhat will your challenges be?Evaluate new tools and internal development solutions, including conducting pilots with objective impact metrics;Recommend and guide architecture standards for internal and external development teams;Continuously evaluate the technology assets used by the group, mainly regarding costs, security, scalability, resilience, and reliability;Define architectural guardrails for the adoption of generative AI in engineering teams and business solutions;Support initiatives to modernize legacy systems to cloud architectures.Mandatory technical knowledge:Required 5 years of experience in software development, with participation in architecture decisions for production systems;Required experience with public cloud architecture (Azure preferred): computing, networks, identity, messaging, and resilience patterns;Required experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean, Kanban, SAFe, etc.);Required experience with DevOps culture;Required experience with technical leadership;Required knowledge of professional software architecture practices and best practices for the entire software development life cycle;Required practical experience with AI-assisted development (GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or equivalents), including the ability to critically evaluate generated code and establish usage standards for teams;Required knowledge of solution architecture with LLMs: integration via APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) and trade-offs between proprietary and open-weight models;Required understanding of the generative AI application lifecycle: prompt versioning, quality evaluation (evals), cost per token monitoring, and observability of non-deterministic systems.Requirements and qualificationsWhat do we expect from you?Higher Education in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields;Experience with technical leadership;Advanced English;Availability to work in a hybrid model at the Rio de Janeiro office.It will be a differentiator if you have:Master's degree or MBA in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related areas;Certifications or courses in agile methods, software architecture, SAFe, DevOps culture, or cloud architecture (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect Expert);Experience with agentic architectures: agent orchestration, MCP (Model Context Protocol), function calling/tool use, and human-in-the-loop patterns for risky actions;Experience with data platforms for AI: Databricks (Unity Catalog, Vector Search, MLflow), feature stores, embedding pipelines, and data governance for training/inference;Experience with Azure AI (Document Intelligence, AI Foundry, AI Search) or equivalents in other clouds;Experience with the Insurance, Pension, and/or Financial market.Additional informationWhat we have to offer:Salary compatible with the market;Transportation vouchers;Meal vouchers (no payroll deduction and maintained during vacations);Food vouchers (no payroll deduction, maintained during vacations, and extra balance in December);Health insurance;Dental insurance;Daycare assistance;Private Pension;Funeral assistance (extended to dependents and parents);PPR;Life insurance;Gympass;Psychological, financial, and legal assistance for you and your dependents;Medical and nutritional assistance;Happy Day - one day off in your birthday month;Corporate university;Extended maternity and paternity leave
