HOTEL RECEPTIONIST

We are looking to strengthen the Reception team with the hiring of a Receptionist Tournant (M/F).

Main responsibilities: Perform and/or collaborate in the reception and welcoming of clients; Perform telephone customer service; Perform Check In and Check Out of clients; Comply with billing procedures; Support the concierge service; Manage reservations and perform administrative tasks inherent to the role. Requirements: Experience in the role (preferred); Dynamism and proactivity; Strong sense of responsibility and commitment; Careful presentation; Customer orientation; Fluency in English (other languages are valued); Immediate availability.
