Industrial Production Technician (M/F)

We are recruiting an Industrial Production Technician (M/F) to join our team. If you are a professional with a passion for people management and the optimization of processes and results, this is the opportunity to leave your mark.

Work location: Azambuja

Functions: Lead, motivate, and train the team under your responsibility;

Ensure compliance with the Production Plan of the process under your responsibility;

Participate in the implementation and analysis of production indicators;

Identify and monitor equipment maintenance needs;

Develop and monitor IT applications aimed at process optimization - SAP and MES (Manufacturing Execution System);

Ensure the standards applied to the implemented Integrated Management System (Quality, Environment, Food Safety, and Occupational Safety).

Requirements: Technical or Higher Education in Industrial, Food, Mechanical Engineering, Biotechnology, or similar areas;

Experience in an industrial environment;

Knowledge of ISO 9001, 22000, 14001, 45001, and IFS standards;

Knowledge of methods and work tools based on continuous improvement and process optimization;

Good knowledge of English;

Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills;

Organization and proactivity.
