Industrial Maintenance Director (M/F)

We are looking for an Industrial Maintenance Director responsible for improving process effectiveness, especially in the areas of maintenance, project, and control within the food industry.

Work location: Centro Zone

Functions: Define, implement, and monitor the Annual Maintenance Plan (Preventive, Corrective, and Predictive, incl. MAN WIN WIN), managing daily activity, schedules, and the priority distribution of Work Orders (OT) in collaboration with operations;

Control, audit, and ensure the recording of all interventions, guaranteeing the credibility of performance indicators (KPIs) such as equipment availability, downtime, breakdown stops, and costs;

Coordinate, motivate, and support the Maintenance team, providing advanced technical support in high-complexity interventions (electricity, electrotechnics, electronics, and automation), leading root-cause analysis for breakdown resolution, and promoting technical development, safety, discipline, and teamwork;

Promote the continuous optimization of maintenance, project, and control processes, aiming to increase equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and failure prevention;

Collaborate in the preparation of budgets and follow up on modernization projects, changes, technical specification of equipment, and new industrial investments;

Manage the relationship with service providers and parts suppliers, ensuring quality, deadlines, and stock optimization (assuming the management of parts and materials in replacement of the warehouse manager);

Keep technical and legal documentation updated, working in close articulation with the Production, Quality, Safety, and Environment areas.

Profile: Education in the area of Maintenance, Mechanics, Electromechanics, or similar;

Knowledge in maintenance management, automation, electronics, project management, or continuous improvement (valued);

Minimum of 2 years of experience in maintenance management/direction roles, preferably in the food industry;

Solid knowledge of maintenance management support tools;

Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools;

Good knowledge of the English language;

Strong leadership and management capacity for multidisciplinary teams.
