Recruitment and Selection Coordinator (M/F)

Work location: Grupo Lusiaves Headquarters - Leiria

Functions:

Support the HR management in defining rules for recruitment and onboarding of new employees;

Planning of recruitment, selection, welcoming, and integration activities;

Ensure the availability of resources for allocation to various recruitment and selection activities, through prioritization mechanisms;

Contact with partner Recruitment and Selection companies;

Develop and monitor employer branding at Grupo Lusiaves;

Manage the recruitment process from the interview stage to the candidate's integration;

Monitoring the evolution of the fulfillment of their team's objectives, through the analysis of result maps.

Profile:

Degree in Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent;

Knowledge and experience in recruitment processes;

Experience leading teams;

Good communication and negotiation skills;

Good analysis and reporting skills;

Focus on results;

Creative spirit and proactivity;

Proficiency in the English language;
