Customs Operations Assistant - Paita

Requirements:

• Graduate, bachelor, or technician in Negocios Internacionales, Comercio Exterior, Logística or related careers.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in customs operations, customs agencies, or logistics operators, preferably in Paita or ports in the northern zone.
• Knowledge of import and export processes, customs documentation, and port operational management.
• Knowledge and handling of the SINTAD system.
• Knowledge of operations before SUNAT Aduanas, SENASA, and SANIPES.
• Customs Dispatch Assistant course (Desirable)

Functions:

• Support the monitoring of import and export operations before the Aduana de Paita, performing control of numbering, control channel, inspection, and release.
• Collect, review, and organize the customs documentation corresponding to each operation (commercial invoices, BL, packing list, certificates, and sectoral permits).
• Register and update the status of operations in the SINTAD system and other platforms used by the company.
• Support coordination with regulatory entities such as SENASA, SANIPES, and other competent authorities for the attention of foreign trade operations.
• Coordinate with carriers for the timely withdrawal of goods within the deadlines established by the port terminal and current regulations.
• Provide operational support to the Customs Operations area.
• Execute other functions inherent to the position that are assigned by their immediate supervisor.
