Import ATC Assistant - San Miguel

REQUIREMENTS:

• Technical or university graduate in Foreign Trade, International Business, or related careers.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in similar roles (Desirable)
• Knowledge of SINTAD (desirable).
• Intermediate level proficiency in Office.

FUNCTIONS:

• Execute merchandise withdrawal procedures through the web platforms of the various DTs and ports.
• Request appointments and transport registration on the DTs' web platforms.
• Responsible for requesting and following up on DAMs SADA regularizations.
• Entry of documents into the SUMAX DMS platform.
• Provide support and assist with requests made by the Import ATC executives.

Requirements

• Minimum education: University
• Less than 1 year of experience
• Languages: English
• Age: between 20 and 25 years old
• Knowledge: Comercio exterior, Negocios internacionales, Servicio al cliente, Sintad
