Your tasks

Main activities Customer service and advisory at the counter.

Follow up with customers and provide personalized attention to strengthen the commercial relationship and promote loyalty.

Sale of optical products.

Preparation of quotes and order follow-up.

Arrangement, labeling, and control of merchandise.

Support in inventories.

Customer service via telephone and WhatsApp.

Keep the work area clean and organized.

Requirements

Experience in sales or customer service.

Good communication skills and professional appearance.

Basic computer skills.

Service attitude and teamwork.
