Tourism Intern | C2Rio

The Tourism Intern will be responsible for assisting in the operation of C2Rio's tourist packages, under supervision, as well as providing customer service for reservations. They will act in direct contact with internal and external areas, ensuring efficient communication and a quality experience for the customer.

Responsibilities and duties

• Assist in the preparation and operation of tourist package reservations, communicating with the involved areas and people to ensure everything occurs as planned;
• Respond to emails and messages via WhatsApp, supporting the Operations and Reservations areas;
• Provide telephone service to clients, guides, and suppliers, with cordiality, respect, and efficiency;
• Support the customer service area with administrative and support demands;
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of service and operation processes.

Requirements and qualifications

• Currently studying Tourism, Hotel Management, or related fields;
• Desirable previous experience with tourism packages and customer service;
• English and Spanish at an intermediate level;
• Office Package – intermediate level;
• Good writing and text interpretation skills;
• Ease in communication, negotiation, and organization;
• Proactive and collaborative profile, with good interpersonal relationships and focus on teamwork.
