Be part of our team, join us as a Receptionist, a position responsible for attending to guests upon their arrival at the hotel facilities, performing check in and check out functions, overseeing the administrative process, and providing customer service whenever required, with the aim of achieving guest satisfaction in the hotel and fully complying with their requirements.

Main challenges of this position:

• Receive news and events for the day, in order to be informed of situations that occurred during your absence and activities to be carried out during the workday.
• Review the day's arrivals, room assignments for guaranteed reservations and special cases, departures, pending consumptions, and NO-SHOW, as well as performing the billing for them in order to maintain control of the operations in the Hotel.
• Organize the registration cards for departures and remove them from the rack, for the purpose of keeping the registration card rack updated.
• Comply with guest requests, such as wake-up call service, transportation, delivery of correspondence, sending press to rooms, among other hospitality services, as well as responding to and following up on complaints in order to ensure that their stay at the hotel is to their total satisfaction.
• Organize and supply the Front Desk with office materials, as well as verify the availability of breakfast tickets and record the numbers, in order to maintain all the necessary materials to provide good service to the guest.

Profile requirements:

Técnico Superior Universitario in Tourism or related careers, with 2 years of experience in similar positions and extensive knowledge of hospitality and/or tourism, customer service, and hospitality services, proficiency in English and other languages (desirable).
