Logistics Operations Manager
What will your challenge be?
To guarantee the operational continuity of the logistics chain through efficient management of supply, storage, and distribution, ensuring product availability, cost control, and compliance with operational standards.
How will you achieve it?
- Supervising the daily operation of the Distribution Center.
- Guaranteeing timely supply to stores.
- Controlling CD inventory levels and stockouts.
- Managing logistics productivity and operating costs.
- Leading cross docking and receiving processes.
- Validating compliance with quality, cleanliness, and safety standards.
- Monitoring transport and distribution indicators.
- Coordinating demand planning with Commercial and Operations.
- Implementing continuous improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Managing audits and logistics incidents.
- Guaranteeing compliance with SST and Security Patrimonial (assets) standards.
- Scheduling General Inventory in the CD.
- Performing other related or complementary functions as indicated by your immediate supervisor.
What do we need from you?
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering,
- Desirable master's degree in Supply Chain
- 2 years of experience in similar operation positions in CD, warehouses (retail, consumer goods)
- 4 years as Operations Supervisor in CDs (Consumer Goods, Retail, Direct Sales)
- Intermediate level Office skills
- Management of WMS or PMM (operating systems)
- Availability to work on-site from Monday to Saturday in the South Zone
- Basic level English
