Business Intelligence Assistant

What will your challenge be?

Manage and optimize following commercial strategies and analytical methodologies, in order to improve efficiency in the sales process (In charge of the productivity project based on salesforce).

How will you achieve it?

• Prepare reports on commercial performance and commercial management.
• Prepare action plans through the analysis of commercial indicators with the involved areas.
• Analysis of commercial indicators (productivity per seller, harvests, customer performance over time, sales quality, customer order rejections, etc.)
• Establish goals for payments and commission calculations.
• Analysis of customer buying behavior.
• Geographic analysis (zone potentials, best performing zone, etc.)
• Coordination with marketing, product, and warehouse areas; with the objective of establishing joint plans.
• Ensure compliance with operational sales routines.

What do we need from you?

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Administration, Economics, or related fields.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in commercial intelligence.
• Advanced level Excel
• Intermediate level English
• Desirable: Power BI
