If you are interested in planning and managing the optimal replenishment of products to the pharmacies, based on established processes that can be improved over time, with the objective of ensuring the fulfillment of pharmaceutical product demand in the network, this opportunity may be for you.

What will be your main challenges?

  • Analyze product replenishment parameters in the Avance Replenishment to Store (ASR) System, with the objective of aligning automatic replenishment to the pharmacies.
  • Coordinate and plan with the commercial area the distribution of new products to the pharmacies, in order to ensure demand fulfillment.
  • Analyze and monitor lost sales of products according to the assigned hierarchy, with the objective of minimizing stockouts in the pharmacies.
  • Evaluate the requirements for additional stock supply to the pharmacies, in order to avoid overstock in them.
  • Validate product availability in the pharmacies, with the objective of ensuring correct stock coverage in the network.
  • Review inventory levels of the pharmacies nationwide, in order to optimize product replenishment.

What characteristics do the people we are looking for in this role have?

Academic Background

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Administration.

Experience

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in general as a supply intern or assistant.

Technical Knowledge

  • Microsoft Office at a basic level.
  • Intermediate English.
