Professional profile:

1. Industrial Eng., Biochemical Eng., Chemical Eng., Food Eng. or related career. (Degree holder).
2. 5 to 7 years of experience as an engineering or manufacturing manager for food companies (preferably).
3. Administration, management, and leadership of personnel under their charge (reporting at middle management level, coordinations), as well as professional development strategies.
4. Knowledge, management, and administration of technologies for food manufacturing processes (fillers, closers, diverse production process equipment).
5. Knowledge of applicable regulations for safety, food safety, productivity controls, or food standards (desirable).
6. Budget management, expense administration
7. Experience in project development (time, cost, and quality indicators).
8. Generation of reports and indicators (KPI´s) at the director level (presentation of results, metrics, work plans).
9. Analysis of Plant capacity growth (business cases), Food manufacturing design, planning and execution of vertical startup.
10. English language proficiency (ability to engage in fluent conversations)
11. Knowledge and management of ERP SAP system (desirable).
