Project Manager - Advanced English

As international headhunters, we are supporting a leading Electronic Security company in Mexico; we are looking for a Jr Project Manager to perform the following Activities:

• Project planning and control: schedule, milestones, risks, responsibilities, and action plan.
• Coordination of installation, integration, logistics, site operation, and commissioning.
• Client follow-up: meetings, minutes, agreements, reports, and change control.
• Internal coordination with sales, engineering, technical service, logistics, finance, and factory.
• Project documentary control: evidence, reports, entry permits, controlled access, and deliverables.
• Management of local providers and integrators.
• Incident management and operational decisions in critical environments.

Requirements:

Experience: +2 years of experience in Project Management (ideal: integration, technology, security, or infrastructure). Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Systems, Industrial, or related field. Advanced English for coordination and reporting with global teams.

Desirable:

• PMP / CAPM / Scrum Certification (desirable, not mandatory).
• Knowledge of systems integration (software, networks, IoT, CCTV, alarms).
• Experience in import logistics, delivery coordination, and documentary control.

Aptitudes:

Operational leadership, clear communication, pressure tolerance, and decision-making. High availability to travel and attend critical implementation windows.

We Offer:

Monthly gross salary: $30,000 to $40,000 Benefits by law

Work zone and schedule:

Monday to Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, WTC, Nápoles, CDMX.
