Sr. Systems Analyst

About the company

We are looking for a Senior Systems Analyst to join the Technology team. The position is oriented towards leading the administration, maintenance, and optimization of BI platforms (MicroStrategy and Metabase), designing data models, automating business processes, and driving continuous improvement and technological innovation within the company.

Your tasks

• Advanced student or graduate in Systems Engineering, Systems Lic., or related careers.
• Solid demonstrable experience in administration and development on MicroStrategy and/or Metabase platforms (projects, users, security, and performance).
• Advanced mastery of Microsoft SQL Server, with solid experience in the creation and optimization of Stored Procedures.
• Solid experience in process development/automation with C and/or Visual Basic.
• Experience in business requirements analysis (desirable in sectors such as Retail, sales, promotions, collections, or warehouse systems/WMS).
• Technical English level (reading comprehension).

• Knowledge of complementary technologies such as Python, C++, .NET, and advanced handling of Excel / data management tools.
• Knowledge of IT infrastructure (networks, configuration, and monitoring of Fortinet Firewall).
• Interest or experience in Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning projects (tools such as N8N, Gemini Enterprise, etc.).
