Jr Systems Analyst

We are looking for a Jr/SSR Systems Analyst to join the Technology team. The position is oriented towards providing functional and technical support to internal users, executing SQL queries, managing incidents, documenting processes, and collaborating on the continuous improvement of systems. Knowledge in MicroStrategy and development tools will be valued.

Requirements:

• Student or graduate in Systems or related careers.
• Experience in technical support and/or systems administration (Jr or Ssr).
• Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server (simple and medium queries).
• English reading level (text comprehension).

Desirable:

• Use of MicroStrategy for report preparation.
• Knowledge of Python, C++, Java, or .NET.
• Basic knowledge of infrastructure.
