IT Infrastructure Administrator

Leading international corporation in the entertainment industry with businesses in Peru and other countries, requires an IT Infrastructure Administrator.

Requirements:

• +3 years in IT infrastructure and +2 years of experience leading teams
• Graduate of Informatics/Networks careers or years of related experience for the position.
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience leading technical support teams
• Experience with Linux servers
• Knowledge of basic protocols such as DNS, FTP, HTTP, SMTP
• Experience dealing with vendors and service providers (Internet, Telephony, Cloud, etc.)
• Experience dealing with technical and non-technical end users
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience with infrastructure automation tools
• Experience with private, public, and hybrid cloud services (desirable)
• Experience with Google Workspaces (desirable)
• Experience with Cloud-Native technologies (desirable)
• Advanced English
• Knowledge of DevOps culture (desirable)

Functions:

• Control the development and progress of IT infrastructure projects, servers, communications, telephony.
• Direct and control the performance and development of technical support and IT infrastructure teams.
• Implement and maintain monitoring and alert systems.
• Direct infrastructure implementation projects and control the contracting of services linked to new technologies, whether hardware or software.
• Manage local and cloud infrastructure.

• Manage backups of virtual machines and databases.
• Direct and control the design and execution of IT policies and procedures.
