Your tasks

• Customer service and support for international clients
• Management of requests, inquiries, and/or sales
• Compliance with service indicators

Requirements

• English level B1 (conversational) and B2 conversational
• High school graduate, technician, or technologist
• With or without experience in customer service
• Communication skills and customer orientation
