Technical Support, Intermediate English

We are seeking: Technical Support for an educational company that provides the world's largest extracurricular learning program in Mathematics, English, and Reading.

Job Description:

• Resolve user issues (problems, requests, and questions) quickly and accurately by gathering information, researching solutions, and analyzing potential fixes.
• Provide primary first-level operational/technical support to IT application users via telephone, email, and remote access.
• Escalate user support calls/emails and communicate with other IT team members to resolve issues.
• Participate in the development/testing of internal application systems.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology, Systems Engineering preferred (Degree and professional license)
• 1-2 years in a related computing field or equivalent service support work experience.
• Intermediate English

Job Requirements:

• Basic computing knowledge.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel (formulas and macros)
• Basic knowledge of SQL Server (Queries)
• Ability to communicate effectively with IT staff and end users.
• Entrepreneurial with the ability to multitask
• Good oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in the support field
• Possesses the ability and willingness to learn new information technologies and skills

We Offer:

• Salary: $18,000 gross per month.
• Schedule: Monday to Friday from 09:00 to 18:00 hrs.
• Hybrid work modality: 3 days home office and 2 days in the office.
