Junior industrial equipment sales advisor

General:

• Age: 25 – 45 years.
• Languages: intermediate English.
• Driver's license.

Academic background:

Required: Recent graduate or fourth or fifth-year student of industrial, mechanical, electrical, electromechanical, or related engineering. Alternatively, industrial technician graduate with complementary commercial training.

Required experience:

• 1 to 4 years of experience in B2B sales, technical sales, or industrial commercial roles (either in the field or through digital means).
• Initial field experience, accompanying senior advisors or technicians.
• Exposure to quoting processes, commercial follow-up, and after-sales service.

Technical competencies:

• General knowledge of the entire product and service portfolio.
• Functional knowledge of pneumatics, valves, and accessories lines.
• Ability to identify when an opportunity requires escalation to a technical advisor, Commercial Manager, or support from a senior sales advisor.
• Correct and timely preparation of quotes.
• Disciplined use of available digital tools and internal systems.
