Vacancy: Commercial Support Requirements: Native English is indispensable Technical commercial degree or B.A. in international commerce or related Experience minimum of 2 years in customer service Functions: Perform the vendor registration process with fiber customers. Maintain contact with the fiber portfolio customers. Register orders for domestic and foreign fiber customers. Coordinate production priorities for fiber customers. Inform fiber customers about their order status. Provide after-sales service to fiber customers. Handle claims from fiber customers. Keep the sales report updated. Ensure the sales closing figures with the involved areas. Perform the affiliation process with associations and maintain contact.
