A company specialized in the commercialization and maintenance of cranes and industrial and construction equipment, is looking for talent to join our team as:

Branch Administrator

We are looking for an organized, analytical person with leadership capacity, responsible for ensuring the correct administrative, logistics, and warehouse operation of the branch.

Main activities

General administration of the branch:

• Operating licenses and land use.
• Management of Protección Civil matters.
• Infrastructure maintenance.
• Government payments and procedures.
• Petty cash administration.
• Coordination of security and cleaning services.
• Inventory management and control.

Execution of warehouse processes:

• Loading and unloading maneuvers.
• Shipping and receiving of materials.
• Inventory control and management.
• Execution of purchasing processes with local suppliers.
• Generation of SOLPED in SAP and reception of goods.
• Coordination of logistics processes for the transfer of equipment between branches.
• Preparation and monitoring of indicators.
• Availability to travel occasionally.

Knowledge

• Handling of Office 365.
• Knowledge in SAP.
• Database management and administration.
• Inventory and indicator control.
