Bilingual Hotel Receptionist at Ceta Capital Humano, a company of Grupo Ceta, we are looking for a Bilingual Receptionist to join an important company in the hotel industry, located in Cafayate, Salta. We are looking for a person with a vocation for service, with the ability to provide personalized attention to national and international guests and contribute to an excellent experience during their stay. Main responsibilities: Perform check-in and check-out, verify reservation data, assign rooms, and provide information about the resort's services and activities. Coordinate with housekeeping, bell boys, and other areas regarding the arrival, stay, and departure of guests. Manage reservations, modifications, and cancellations for accommodation, restaurants, and activities, and respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and in person. Manage billing, collections, and the shift's cash closing, coordinating with Administration on payment and receipt matters. Handle requests and complaints, follow up on their resolution, and promote the resort's services and products, collaborating with the giftshop and tastings. Requirements Experience: Experience in hotel reception will be valued. Languages: Advanced English for attending to international guests. Technical knowledge: Handling of computer tools and hotel reservation systems. Knowledge of billing, collections, and cash management related to reception operations. Availability: Availability to work on a rotating shift schedule. Work modality: 100% in-person. Required Skills: Teamwork and adaptability. Problem-solving and attention to detail.
