Objective:
To support and supervise communication and one-to-one contacts with customers in the execution of interaction and relational marketing activities.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- Support the preparation of specific analyses regarding the relationship of Caliente with its customers in collaboration with specialized analysis areas, establishments, and other involved departments.
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and control of remote one-to-one communication.
- Participate in the design of customer recovery plans and actions.
Requirements and experience:
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or related field
- Two years of experience in similar roles
- Basic experience in Marketing activities
- Basic knowledge of elements of traditional Marketing, digital, market research, communication, and advertising
- Proficiency in Office suite (Word, power point, excel)
- Good spelling
- Ability to read and understand the English language well.
