IFC Analyst

Main functions:

• Consolidate and structure regional information on social performance, sustainability, and risks from the four key blocks (C&T, Operations, Sustainability, and Infrastructure) through the design, collection of KPIs, and implementation of documentary processes at the sites of the three countries in the region.
• Design and implement documentary processes and standardized operating procedures at a regional level (sites in 3 countries), ensuring their correct adoption.
• Consolidate and structure data and key performance indicators (KPIs) coming from the C&T, Operations, Sustainability, and Infrastructure blocks.
• Provide continuous technical support to the various areas in Peru and the region, ensuring they have the methodological tools to generate appropriate information.
• Manage and monitor risk matrices, Occupational Health and Safety (SST) procedures, and the correct execution of the internal grievance mechanism.
• Drive and coordinate with the leaders of the different areas the timely collection of critical information required by both investors and the Sustainability area.
• Ensure the alignment of local documentary practices with IFC international standards and internal management systems (ISO 9001 and ISO 45001).
• Among other functions inherent to the position.

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering (Industrial, Environmental, Civil, or related) or Business Administration.
• Solid knowledge of Management Systems under ISO 9001 and ISO 45001 standards (Certification as an internal auditor or similar is ideal).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in analytical positions in data management, documentary control, or implementation of management systems.
• Desirable experience in the application or auditing of IFC standards or ESG/Sustainability criteria - Familiarity with IFC socio-environmental standards (Highly desirable).
• Intermediate level English.
• Advanced level Excel (indispensable for data management and modeling).
