Purchasing Manager

Is responsible for leading and strengthening purchasing management and expense control, ensuring traceability, policy compliance, efficiency, and resource optimization, with regional scope for Guatemala, Honduras, and Costa Rica.

Main responsibilities: -Manage and control purchasing processes and administrative expenses. -Negotiate with suppliers and develop agreements that generate efficiencies and savings. -Consolidate purchases and standardize suppliers. -Manage controls related to incentives, per diems, fuel, and other expenses. -Implement controls, authorization matrices, and management reports. -Follow up on indicators, deviations, and savings opportunities. -Participate in internal and external audits.

Requirements: -Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Accounting and Auditing, Industrial Engineering, or related. -Minimum 6 years of experience in purchasing, expense control, or operational finance. -Minimum 3 years leading teams or processes. -Knowledge of internal control and segregation of duties. -Experience in negotiation with suppliers. -Advanced Excel and Power BI. -English 85%. -Desirable knowledge of SAP Business One. -Desirable regional experience in Central America.-Requirements- Minimum education: University 6 years of experience Languages: English Knowledge: Coordination ability, Efficiency, Decision making, Purchasing, Expense control, Purchasing management, Suppliers, Traceability Driver's licenses: automobiles / cars Availability to travel: Yes Keywords: lider, jefe, gerente, manager, director, chief, lead, jefatura, regente, shopping, purchases, orders, adquisicion, compras
