Import Coordinator

Your tasks

Objective Direct and control the supply chain of medical, dental, dermatological, and personal care products through the correct management of demand, suppliers, and agents. Maintain the assigned import budget, ensuring accepted contribution margins by brand, line, and item. Correctly manage sanitary registrations and permits for existing products, imports, and new products.

-Execute the supply and demand assigned by Commercial and Finance (S&OP), without exceeding the approved working budget, maintaining planned times, under the approved contribution margins.

-Execute international purchase, import, and nationalization processes with suppliers, customs agents, and shipping lines, supervising times, costs, and documentation, to guarantee the timely and compliant entry of merchandise.

-Correctly manage sanitary registrations and permits for existing products, imports, and new products.

Requirements

We Require -Indispensable: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. Desirable: Master's in Supply Chain / Operations or MBA.

• Intermediate Level of English

-Minimum 5 years in operations, logistics, or supply chain in importing/distributing companies, of which at least 3 in a leadership role with staff in charge. Desirable: pharmaceutical sector, medical devices, or mass consumption.

-Demand and inventory planning (S&OP, reorder, safety stock); warehouse management (WMS, FEFO/PEPS, layout); customs process and Incoterms 2020; MSPAS sanitary regulations for pharmaceutical products, medical devices, and cosmetics; ERP; advanced Excel / Power BI; budget and logistics costing.

-Good Storage and Distribution Practices; Incoterms 2020; Lean / Six Sigma (Green Belt); ASCM-APICS certification (CPIM or CSCP); occupational health and safety. (desirable)
