We are seeking a passionate hospitality professional with strong leadership skills, advanced English proficiency, and a commitment to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Your tasks

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will support the restaurants daily operations, ensuring exceptional service standards, operational efficiency, and outstanding guest satisfaction. You will play a key role in leading the team, maintaining company standards, and creating memorable dining experiences.

Requirements

Requirements & Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency, both spoken and written (C1 level preferred).
• Previous management experience in upscale casual or fine-dining restaurants.
• Professional appearance and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Strong knowledge of wines, premium meat cuts, and steakhouse service.
• Solid understanding of fine-dining service standards and guest experience management.
• Experience managing online guest reviews and reputation platforms, including TripAdvisor.
• Knowledge of sales forecasting, inventory control, and operational performance analysis.
• Ability to coordinate facility maintenance and general restaurant services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience training, developing, and motivating restaurant teams.
• Ability to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and service standards.
