Junior Sales Manager We seek to develop a professional with high potential to drive commercial strategies, strengthen relationships with our clients, and contribute to the growth and profitability of the business.

What will your challenge be?

• Design and execute commercial strategies that drive growth, profitability, and market share.
• Strengthen relationships with clients and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze commercial indicators and convert them into action plans.
• Lead and develop sales teams oriented toward results.
• Availability to travel.

What are we looking for in you?

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Marketing, International Business, Industrial Engineering, Commerce, or related fields.
• Minimum GPA of 8.5.
• Advanced English.
• Advanced Excel and experience in information analysis, report preparation, and executive presentations.
• Leadership, negotiation, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Interest in developing yourself in the commercial and sales area.
