Your tasks

You will join a team that supports the development of the Pracuj.pl and The:Protocol brands through data analysis and providing business recommendations. In this role, you will investigate user behavior, the effectiveness of marketing activities, and market trends, helping to make data-driven decisions.

• Creating analyses and recommendations supporting business decision-making, particularly in the area of marketing for the Pracuj.pl and The:Protocol brands
• Analyzing user paths, trends, and forecasting behaviors and results
• Sales analytics in selected business areas
• Creating cyclical static and dynamic reports
• Developing and presenting recommendations and conclusions
• Initiating and implementing new business indicators
• Preparing ad hoc reports and analyses
• Monitoring key indicators and identifying and explaining emerging anomalies
• Responding to current business needs
• Close cooperation with the team responsible for the development and maintenance of the data warehouse

Requirements

• You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar position
• You have experience in sales data analysis
• You work daily with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• You stand out with highly developed analytical skills
• You know SQL very well (mandatory requirement)
• You are very proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• You know issues related to data warehouses at a level that allows for independent work with data
• You can collaborate effectively in a team
• You can present analysis results in a clear and understandable way and adapt communication to different audiences
• You are open to development and acquiring new competencies
• You know English at a B2 level or higher
• You have experience in analyzing large datasets and user segments
