Construction Engineer/Manager

Key Responsibilities

Plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects and site activities. Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and contractors. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for management. Ensure compliance with construction standards, building regulations, and safety requirements. Coordinate engineers, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project plans. Identify project risks and implement appropriate mitigation measures. Ensure quality control throughout all phases of construction. Manage and resolve technical and operational issues on site.

Required Qualifications

MSc in Construction Engineering Management or a related field. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Building Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant professional certification or membership will be an added advantage. Proven experience in construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction methods, project planning, and cost management. Proficiency in relevant construction and project management software. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
