As a Payroll Manager, your mission will be:

Ensure payroll management: •     Prepare and control payslips while ensuring compliance with deadlines and social, tax legislation and company agreements •     Proceed with the calculation and control of variable elements, social contributions and taxes •     Generate and control the accounting of salaries and social charges •     Perform the valuation of leave, CET, RTT •     Prepare and verify the DSN •     Prepare salary certificates for the CPAM, URSSAF, pôle emploi, and ensure their follow-up •     Manage relations with retirement, protection, mutual insurance, and URSSAF organizations •     Be the primary contact for the payroll software provider for updates

Carry out the administrative follow-up of personnel management: •     Manage the onboarding of employees (permanent, temporary workers, interns) •     Management of absences (Sick leave, paid leave, CET...) and variable hours •     Management of time management software and access controls •     Follow-up of group processes for personnel management, notably through the intranet and in connection with the shared service center •     Management of HR information in compliance with RGDP and in connection with applicable ISO standards •     Perform administrative tasks (certificates, mail, work certificates, filing...) •     Prepare various documents (accounting closing, transfer of payroll elements, information notes ...) •     Manage medical visits •     Update the absenteeism and hours worked follow-up monthly •     Ensure the transmission of HR data (monthly, annual or periodic requests, NAO) •     Management of mandatory declarations (DOETH, occupational medicine) •     Respond to quarterly DARES surveys

Other HR missions •     Draft employment contracts and amendments •     Follow up on professional interviews •     Perform HR reporting •     Participation in various HR missions (professional elections, agreements...)

Education: Bac+2 or Bac+3 in human resources or payroll with experience as a payroll administrator.

Experience: 2 years minimum in a similar position.
