The Cité offers a range of services including: three tour routes, three boutiques, three wine bars, occasional events throughout the year, reception and seminar venues, and tasting courses and training through its École des Vins de Bourgogne.

As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are recruiting a Wine Tourism and MICE Project Manager on a fixed-term contract.

Reporting to the Directrice Hospitality & Experience, you will contribute to the development, marketing, and implementation of the wine tourism offer for leisure audiences and the MICE offer for group and business clientele.

Main tasks:

Marketing of the offer

  • MICE prospecting (participation in trade fairs, business club lunches.)
  • Upon request, design, quote, and implement a tailor-made offer (leisure or business) according to the client's specifications
  • Negotiate the best price with external service providers to establish offers that are attractive to the client and profitable for the Cité
  • Respond quickly to requests for information and service proposals issued by prospects and clients and ensure a high conversion rate
  • Ensure invoicing and payment follow-up for your clients as well as turnover forecasting

Implementation of the offer

  • Ensure the organization of services as well as all resulting operational logistics (setup of seminar rooms, management of morning coffee welcomes, cleaning and clearing)
  • Presence at the reception and during your events in the morning, during the day, and/or in the evening
  • Coordination and follow-up of internal services for the proper organization of services

Relational

  • Share information and updates with all members of the Cité, particularly with the communication department for content creation
  • Communicate regularly with the Management and other poles of the Cité whose activity is transversal
  • Regularly report your actions to your hierarchical superior, orally and in writing
  • Participate, within your scope of action, in the implementation of processes (ingénie, CRM)
  • Represent the Cité and promote its offer during professional meetings

Profile sought:

  • Higher education (Bac +3 to Bac +5) in the field of tourism, hospitality, events, or project management
  • Experience in a hotel or event structure in a similar position required
