In order to complete its teams for the 2026/2027 winter season, Télé-Thyon is looking for its "Catering" department:

Your missions:

\- Perform cleaning tasks, setup, and table setting of the restaurant;

\- Set up service stations, wine glasses, cutlery, bread baskets, check holders;

\- Welcome the client upon arrival at the restaurant, seat them at a table, and present the drinks menu and then, the food menu;

\- Take orders and manage the service flow for the tables in their section;

\- Clear tables, reset them for the next services, and store equipment;

\- Prepare coffees, drinks, and man the bar to replace colleagues;

\- Apply hygiene and food safety rules as well as internal procedures;

\- Assist the client within the limits of their responsibilities;

\- Ensure the maintenance of cleanliness in the dining room, terraces and surroundings of the restaurant, customer and staff restrooms, as well as the changing rooms;

\- Participate in waste sorting in accordance with the establishment's directives;

\- Contribute to the snow removal of terraces and restaurant access points when necessary.

Your profile:

\- Sense of hospitality, floor work, and customer service;

\- Good interpersonal skills and perfect mastery of client relationship codes;

\- In-depth knowledge of service rules and techniques;

\- Good command of English;

\- Good team spirit;

\- Excellent presentation and punctuality;

\- Dynamism, and good resistance to stress;

\- Commercial flair;

\- Sense of organization;

\- Prior knowledge of the restaurant offering, food and wine menu;

\- Knowledge of the resort's events and the ski area (cabin schedules, names of surrounding mountains,...);

\- Good level of skiing or snowboarding allowing for safe travel to the workplace, regardless of weather conditions.
