Sales Advisor (M/F)

Tamaris, a leader in the footwear industry, is recruiting sales advisors for its Parisian stores.

Description of the position: A natural retailer, smiling and available, you wish to take on challenges by advising and building customer loyalty. Customer service and sales drive you and are at the heart of your priorities.

Your missions will be as follows:

• Offer impeccable customer service: welcome, identifying needs, advice
• Promote and provide arguments for our products by putting the customer at the heart of the TAMARIS experience
• Achieve and develop turnover
• Apply all our processes: stock, checkout, merchandising, customer files
• Ensure the proper maintenance of the point of sale and respect visual identity standards.

Profile sought: You have a successful first experience as a sales advisor of at least 2 years, acquired in the footwear or ready-to-wear universe. Proficiency in English is imperative.

Type of employment: CDI / Full-time 35h per week Salary: fixed from 1868€ depending on profile + sales commissions (0.8% on shoes, 8% on maintenance products, 4% on textiles and leather goods).
