We have a challenge for you! We are looking for someone to lead short and medium-term production planning, ensuring the fulfillment of goals and making the most of available resources.

You will be a key piece in guaranteeing operational efficiency, service levels, and the fulfillment of commercial objectives.

Functions

  • Structure and lead the medium and short-term production plan strategy regarding supply and sequencing.
  • Lead the timely fulfillment of deliveries for the PRRO production plan.
  • Identify and manage the main risks for the fulfillment of the PRRO.
  • Manage the inventory quality of semi-finished goods and raw materials, in sufficient quantity, without generating overstock in the warehouse.
  • Support production in decision-making regarding the K factor.
  • Ensure equipment availability for preventive maintenance.
  • Communicate risks of non-compliance with the production plan.
  • Confirm availability dates for new businesses (NAP´s)
  • Lead projects defined each year in the Industrial Seminar

Continuous relationship with the Demand Management (MPS) team.

Align available capacity with demand requirements, maintaining a continuous relationship with the involved areas.

Knowledge

  • Knowledge in personnel administration.
  • Knowledge in Planning, Production Scheduling, and supply.
  • Handling of the PP module in P98 (SAP)
  • Handling of the MPS, PPDS module (APO)
  • Continuous improvement.
  • Extensive knowledge in planning processes.
  • English B2
