Industrial Cost Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Are you passionate about financial analysis and cost optimization? We are looking for a professional to lead industrial cost management and budgeting, generating key information for decision-making and contributing to the efficiency, competitiveness, and profitability of the organization. Responsibilities Lead the monthly cost closing process, ensuring the reliability and timeliness of financial information. Participate in the preparation and monitoring of the budget and forecast for industrial operation costs. Analyze cost variations, generate alerts, and propose improvement actions to optimize profitability. Validate product costing and financial simulations to support strategic decision-making. Manage and monitor investment projects (CAPEX) and productivity plans, evaluating their financial impact. Provide financial support to industrial areas through analysis and indicators that support decision-making. Monitor compliance with corporate cost and finance policies, ensuring process control and standardization. We are looking for professionals with: Professional degree in Industrial Engineering, Financial Engineering, Business Administration, Public Accounting, or related fields.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Controllership, Industrial Costs, or Financial Control, preferably in manufacturing companies.

Experience leading monthly cost closing processes.

Knowledge in budgeting, forecast, and cost variation analysis.

Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel.

Solid knowledge in cost accounting and product costing.
