Residential Service Agent (M/F)

Welcome residents and their guests with professionalism and courtesy. Ensure high-end concierge service. Manage requests and complaints proactively and efficiently. Handle incoming telephone calls and emails in French. Ensure the smooth running of daily life within the residence. Guarantee the confidentiality and security of residents. 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM Profile sought: Excellent presentation and sense of service. Experience in luxury hospitality or a high-end environment is appreciated. English required. Listening skills, autonomy, and reactivity. Ability to manage priorities and work under pressure. Experience in security would be a plus. 48h / month contract. Availability from Monday to Sunday. 2 positions sought: 1 full-time, 1 part-time
